Blessing Onuh has been proclaimed the victor of the House of Representatives election for the Otukpo/Ohimini Federal Constituency by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Returning Officer for Benue Senatorial District, Nder Mathias, in Otukpo, Benue State, north-central Nigeria.
According to him, Alex Ogbe of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) finished second with 21741 votes, while Blessing Onuh received 29031 votes, outperforming him.
Her first victory in the National Assembly was under APGA, and this is her second victory in a parliamentary election.
