Mavin Records artist Ayra Starr and Nigerian Afro-fusion musician Omah Lay have been revealed to be on the deluxe soundtrack of the highly anticipated film “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse.”
The Nigerian music icons join their counterpart and global music star Wizkid on the soundtrack’s star-studded roster.
Metro Boomin, an American record producer and composer, announced the project’s soundtrack, which includes A$AP Rocky, Lil Uzi Vert, 21 Savage, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Offset, Nav, Coi Leray, J.I.D., Swae Lee, Future, Don Toliver, James Blake, and others.
Omah Lay’s track features Big Boss Vette, while Ayra Starr’s track has her and Becky G.
“Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse,” which was released on June 2, is the sequel to the Oscar-winning “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” from 2018.
