Davido Supposedly Moves Out of His Banana Island Residence

Six months after the passing of his son Ifeanyi, Nigerian artist David Adeleke, also known by his stage name Davido, is said to have left his Banana Island residence.

Online rumors were rife with claims that the Timeless singer had moved out of his upscale mansion in Lagos and was now renting it out.

Rent for it is said to be a whopping $150,000 annually.

Online, a realtor posted information about the house in an effort to attract potential buyers. Following the publication of the advertisement, Davido supporters commented on the new development.

In order to allay any concerns, the realtor stated that Davido once lived in the Ikoyi building but has since moved out.

Netizens respond to reports that Davido’s mansion is up for rent. The news that Davido had left his brand-new, multi-million naira mansion and that the house was now for rent ignited debate online.
