The intimacy coordinator for the film “Miller’s Girl” has addressed concerns surrounding a sex scene between actors Jenna Ortega and Martin Freeman, acknowledging the significant age gap between them.

The movie, written and directed by Jade Halley Bartlett, follows a writing student named Cairo, played by Ortega, who becomes entangled in a complex relationship with her teacher, portrayed by Freeman.

Despite social media reactions expressing shock and concern over the age disparity between Ortega, 21, and Freeman, 52, the film’s intimacy coordinator, Kristina Arjona, emphasized that both actors were comfortable during filming and were actively involved in discussing and setting boundaries.

Arjona reassured in a recent interview with The Daily Mail that Ortega was determined and clear about her comfort level throughout the filming process.
