With the release of the deluxe version of his highly acclaimed debut album ‘Boy Alone‘ in June 2023, featuring six additional tracks that breathed new life into the project and amplified its commercial appeal, Omah Lay has solidified his position as a chart-topping sensation.

His chart-topping single, “Reason,” has achieved a remarkable feat by spending an unprecedented three weeks at the pinnacle of the Turntable Top 100 (Chart week – June 30th, 2023 – July 6th, 2023).

While Asake’s infectious hit, “Basquiat,” maintains its position at number two, “Lonely At The Top” makes an impressive leap of six spots to secure the third position. KCee’s groovy track, “Ojapiano,” slips one place to settle at number four, and Rema’s captivating tune, “Charm,” climbs one spot to claim the fifth position.

In other notable movements within the chart, Davido’s soul-stirring song, “Feel,” climbs one position to land at number six. Asake’s collaboration with Olamide on “Amapiano” experiences a slight dip, descending three spots to number seven. Meanwhile, Asake’s “Sunshine” maintains its hold at number eight. Seyi Vibez’s anthem, “Man Of The Year,” skyrockets three spots to number nine, while the fiery collaboration between Odumodu Blvck and Fireboy, titled “Firegun,” debuts strongly at number ten.
