Peter Obi has been given entry to the BVAS by Court of Appeal in Abuja

Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party, was given entry to the BVAS today by the Court of Appeal in Abuja to count ballots.

According to IGBERE TV, the court similarly prohibited INEC from rearranging the BVAS.

The court also permitted Bola Tinubu, the APC’s presidential candidate, access to the BVAS for the purpose of analyzing votes cast in the presidential election.
