Tiv Youth Forum Port-Harcourt Rivers State Chapter Expresses Gratitude for Mr. Simon Mernyi’s Benevolence

The Tiv Youth Forum Port-Harcourt Rivers State Chapter extended warm appreciation to their esteemed benefactor, Mr. Simon Mernyi, a prominent Port-Harcourt Business Mogul and philanthropist. The group paid a visit to Mr. Mernyi’s residence on August 8, 2023, to express their heartfelt gratitude for his unwavering support and contributions to their community.

Gathering at Mr. Mernyi’s residence around 2:00 pm, the Tiv Youth Forum members were welcomed with open arms. During the visit, Abon Marcus, the Manager of Savanna’s Motors, expressed gratitude on behalf of the Tiv Youth Forum. He commended Mr. Mernyi for his remarkable kindness and dedication to uplifting the Tiv community, both locally and in the diaspora.

Prince Kelvin Mahmud, another presence at the gathering, lauded Mr. Mernyi for his selflessness. Despite his busy schedule, Mr. Mernyi graciously dedicated his time to interact with the Tiv Youth Forum members. Prince Kelvin highlighted Mr. Mernyi’s substantial contributions to various causes in Benue, including providing scholarships, covering hospital expenses, supporting IDPs, and organizing football tournaments.

In response, Mr. Simon Mernyi expressed his delight at the Tiv Youth Forum’s visit. He emphasized the importance of unity and support among communities and reaffirmed his commitment to being there whenever his assistance is needed. Mr. Mernyi’s generosity extended beyond words, as he personally hosted the group, offering drinks and food to further solidify the bond between them.
