This extraordinary event showcased remarkable talent and noteworthy nominees such as Drake, Lizzo, Beyoncé, Angela Bassett, and LeBron James, among others. As the evening unfolded, the winners emerged, and ET diligently tracked their triumphs.

Leading this year’s nominations was Drake, securing an impressive seven nods, including categories like Best Male Hip Hop Artist, Best Male R&B/Pop Artist, Best Group alongside 21 Savage, and Best Collaboration with Future and Tems.

GloRilla emerged as the most nominated woman of the night, receiving six nominations. Her well-deserved recognitions included Best Female Hip Hop Artist, Best New Artist, Album of the Year for “Anyways, Life’s Great,” and Video of the Year for “Tomorrow 2” featuring Cardi B.

Taking place at the renowned Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, the awards ceremony was particularly momentous as it commemorated 50 years of hip-hop.
