Chibueze has expressed his willingness to sponsor the 17-year-old student through his company, enabling her to pursue higher education in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.

The philanthropic pledge was made public via Chibueze’s official Twitter account on Monday, July 3rd. While the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) maintains its assertion that Miss Ejikeme’s UTME result is allegedly fake, Chibueze has taken a stand in support of her.

Dr. Fabian Benjamin, the Acting Director of Public Affairs and Protocol at JAMB, released a statement on Tuesday, declaring that Mmesoma Ejikeme has been prohibited from sitting for JAMB examinations for the next three years. However, Chibueze has called on JAMB to refrain from defaming Mmesoma, emphasizing that such actions would be perceived as an attack not only on her but also on her ethnic community.

Chibueze’s company, VoiceOfTheEast, has offered to assist Mmesoma in securing admission to a university of her choice in any of the three aforementioned countries. The scholarship will cover all expenses, including tuition fees and living costs, up to the completion of her Master’s degree.

In his Twitter post, Chibueze addressed Lota Nna, urging her to establish contact with Mmesoma and her family. He also emphasized the need for JAMB to exhibit professionalism in its dealings, stressing that the matter extends beyond an individual and carries implications for the entire Igbo community.

The scholarship offer from Gaius Chibueze has sparked hope for Mmesoma Ejikeme, presenting her with a remarkable opportunity to pursue her educational dreams abroad. As the controversy surrounding her UTME results continues, this scholarship serves as a testament to the power of support and encouragement in the face of adversity.
