Okechukwu claims that Cynthia Okereke died on Tuesday night, leaving a hole in the hearts of people who loved and admired her.
Okechukwu sent a poignant tribute along with a photo of the late actress, clearly upset. He stated in his article that he had been arranging for Okereke’s plane ticket to the US, where they had been planning to collaborate on a project.
The suddenness of her departure has left him deeply shaken, struggling to come to terms with the loss.
“REST IN PEACE, Nwanyi oma. I’m shattered beyond words,” Okechukwu expressed in his poignant tribute. “The fact that I was about to pay for your flight ticket to come and finish what we started only to hear you went to be with the Lord just last night is one of the toughest things I’ve had to deal with in recent times.”
